Service Fee Plus
With an annual fee of € 89 + VAT, your requests will be handled more quickly, it will be possible to request a contact from a specialized technician at a specific time of day and have one hour of dedicated remote technical assistance available (remote-hand).

Access all the technical interventions in our Price List at a discounted price of 20% with no limits on the amount and with the highest priority. If you use these interventions often, the Plus Assistance Service helps you reduce costs and speed up the resolution of your requests.
