Activity
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Analysis of customer needs: Understanding the specific needs of customers to propose customized solutions and meet their expectations
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to define sales goals and strategies to achieve them, taking into account market trends
- Troubleshooting: Handle any customer issues or complaints proactively and promptly, ensuring high satisfaction
- Training and updating: Ensure that customers are informed about news and updates to the services offered
Requirements
- Higher school diploma or degree
- Minimum 6 months experience in a commercial role
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- Results oriented and desire to grow in your career as a Sale Account Manager
- Predisposition for teamwork and ability to collaborate with different company functions
- Passion for technology, desire to learn and develop skills in the IT services sector

Salary
RAL €20,000 - €25,000 + commissions
Hours
Full time from Monday to Friday
