Systems engineer
We are currently looking for a systems engineer to expand the Assistance and Consulting department, who will support the existing staff in managing customer requests, and who has a predisposition for learning and teamwork. The scope of work is mainly Web / Mail Hosting services and Cloud Services in general, mainly Linux.
Requirements:
- Interest in the Web world
- Good communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Sufficient knowledge of the English language in the IT field
- Diploma or degree in IT
- Residence in the province of Vicenza
Activity:
- Customer assistance via ticket and telephone on the use of services, migration or creation of specific configurations or infrastructures.
- Work on Linux servers and MySQL databases
- Solve key CMS usage and performance issues
- Using virtualized server environments
- Management of web and mail migration projects

Salary
€900.00 - €1,300.00 per month
