System Technical Consultant
We are currently looking for a system technical consultant to expand the Consulting and Assistance department, who will provide support to the existing staff for the management of customer requests, and who has a predisposition for learning and teamwork. The scope of work is mainly Web/Mail Hosting services and Cloud Services in general, mainly Linux.
Requirements:
- Experience managing virtualized systems (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.), firewalls, VPNs, antivirus, Active Directory and corporate IT infrastructures
- Knowledge of the main server operating systems, in particular Linux.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in managing computing devices, user support and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of the English language in the IT field.
- Diploma or degree in IT.
- Residence in the province of Vicenza.
Activity:
- Customer assistance for the management of IT infrastructures through tickets, telephone and direct interactions.
- I work on Linux servers, Windows and virtualized systems.
- Troubleshooting the use and performance of company computer systems.
- Participation in IT infrastructure implementation, migration and optimization projects.
- Collaboration with the team to ensure high quality service.

Salary
€1,200.00 - €1,500.00 per month
